His current mission is to create SMART VILLAGES as a part of Abdul Kalam's PURA MISSION to mitigate the effects of climate change by launching Smart Agriculture, Smart Tree Farms, Smart Homes, Smart Education, Smart Healthcare, Smart Amenities, Smart Energy, Smart Environment and Smart Water Management by involving institutional R&D, Innovation and collaborating with various organisations and industries to create sustainable development for inclusive growth by empowering farmers, youth and women.
- From 1988 – 89 he worked as programmer in BIIT, Coimbatore
- From 1989 – 91 he worked as a Junior Scientific Assistant at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore
- From 1991-1995 he worked as a Junior Information Scientist,

School of Biotechnology, Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai
At ADA, Ministry of Defence he worked as a Scientist in the design and development of fighter aircraft called LCA-TEJAS as per the following capacity:
- 1995 - Scientist-C
- 1998 - Scientist-D
- 2002 - Scientist-E
- 2007 - Scientist-F
- 2012 - Feb 2016 - Scientist-G
- From 1995 – 2003 he worked as a Scientist in Aeronautical Development Agency
- From 2003 – 2007 he was deputed to President’s Secretariat as Director (Technology Interface)
- From 2007 to 2015 he continued to work with him as an Advisor on Science & Technology and Public Policy with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and Scientist at ADA deputed with Dr Kalam.
- Having been worked 20 years (1995-2015) with Dr. Kalam’s on various capacities, he had two options either continue with Min. of Defence as Scientist-G or resign from the service to undertake the mission of realizing the Vision of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam in making India as a Knowledge Super power further.
- He decided to forgo another 10 years of service in Min. of Defence and the other fiscal and medical benefits from that service, resigned from ADA on Feb 2016 and dedicated himself in realizing the Vision of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam by brining socio-economical and political awareness among the people and guiding the youth and preparing themselves as leaders from Panchayat to Parliament.
- Hence he is now mentoring a social movement called “Abdul Kalam Vision India Movement” for bringing Societal Transformation through knowledge empowerment. He is also mentoring the political movement called “Abdul Kalam Vision India Party – AKVIP” for bringing political awareness as envisioned by Dr APJ Abdul Kalam from Panchayat to Parliament. AKVIP is not into electoral politics but on knowledge based politics by imparting developmental political knowledge awareness among the youth and people. He continue to meet around 20,000 people, youth and students on every month and seeding them the vision and missions of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam
- He is advising and providing consulting services to various educational and technical institutions, industries and private organizations on Computer Science, IT, Software Development, Knowledge Products, Education, Healthcare, Experienced Global Skill Development, Smart Industry 4.0 to 5.0.
